I have been looking through the mens matches for tonight and couldn't believe that the bookies have Juan Ignacio Chela as the underdog in his match with Victor Hanescu.
Victor Hanescu has been absolutely awful of late and he pulled out of the Hopman Cup earlier this month with a groin injury after losing the first set of his match against Tommy Robredo. Him pulling out also gave Spain a walkover in the doubles tournament.
I don't know just how bad his groin injury is but surely, you don't want to be coming into an open carrying the risk, it is obviously going to be playing on his mind and I fully expect Chela to take advantage of this and send him sprinting & stretching all over the place.
Personally, I would have the market the other way round here, despite their rankings.
